Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch products within 24 hours of an order being placed. This means you should receive your order within a few short days, but please do allow 7-10 working days for delivery (in case Australia Post are experiencing any delivery hiccups).

We use standard Australia Post services for our Australian deliveries. These are left in your mailbox or at your front door. If you prefer your parcel is accepted upon signature you can elect to have your order sent by Registered Post instead. If you would like to receive your order faster you can choose the Express Post option. Registered and Express Post services cost just a little bit more.

You may wish to nominate your workplace or another alternate address as your delivery address if you will not be at home during business hours to accept your delivery.

Delivery is free when you spend $100 or more in any single order.

If you are an international customer please contact us at orders@funkylittlefella.com.au to get a quote for postage to your destination. We are happy to deliver anywhere in the world, but postage is always at the customer's cost.

Returns and Exchanges

Here at Funky Little Fella we understand that ordering over the internet can sometimes be a bit tricky. Should your order not be acceptable, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original date of purchase.  Simply contact us at orders@funkylittlefella.com.au and promptly return your products with proof of purchase to PO Box 1153, Hampton North, 3188.

If your purchase is in any way faulty, damaged upon receipt, not fit for the purpose intended or does not match the description, we will reimburse you for the costs of returning the product to us and arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced, or you can elect to have your money refunded. We will not give refunds or exchanges where a product has been damaged due to inappropriate use. 

In addition, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used - clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached.
